Recommended Maintenance Intervals for Audi Vehicles

To use this table, look for the * which indicates that the service should be performed at the specified interval. Note special exceptions underneath each if applicable.

Due to fact we see a high number of premature timing belt failures, Autohaus recommends our Revised Maintenance Program.
Failure to follow the recommended maintenance could increase the risk of catastrophic engine failure.
Revised timing belt service intervals. Vehicles equipped with 1.8L, 2.0L, 2.7L, 3.0L, 4.2L engines should have there timing belt replaced @ 75K miles Audi RS 6 V8-4.2L Turbo (BCY) engines should have there timing belt replaced @ 35K miles Audi TT 2.0T with front wheel drive and A4 Cabriolet 2.0T should have there timing belt replaced @ 90K miles

DSG/S Tronic - change oil and replace filter element *

Plenum Panel - clean if dirty (except A3, Audi Q5) * *

At 110k miles replace timing belt on Audi TT 2.0T with front wheel drive and A4 Cabriolet 2.0T only.
Check condition of timing belt tensioning system, dampening pulleys, and idler pulleys and replace if necessary (Audi TT 2.0T with front wheel drive and A4 Cabriolet 2.0T only).
Brake Fluid - replace every 2 years regardless of mileage.
Cloth Top - check function and rollover protection every 2 years regardless of mileage (Audi A4/S4 Cabriolet only).
